ข้อมูลที่ได้รับการคุ้มครองตามนโยบายนี้
นโยบายฉบับนี้คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดที่ได้เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือ เปิดเผยโดยบริษัทฯ นโยบายฉบับนี้ "ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล" หมายถึง ข้อมูล หรือ ส่วนของข้อมูลที่สามารถระบุความเป็นตัวตนของท่านได้ รวมถึงข้อมูล เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่ ชื่อผู้ใช้ รูปประวัติ หรือ ที่อยู่จดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์(อีเมล) ยังรวมไปถึงข้อมูลอื่น เช่น ที่อยู่ IP หรือ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความนิยมชมชอบและอุปนิสัยการจับจ่ายซื้อของของท่านด้วย

ข้อมูลอะไรที่บริษัทฯจัดเก็บจากท่าน

บริษัทฯอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับท่านจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่แตกต่างหลากหลาย ดังนี้

ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้กับบริษัทฯ

ท่านอาจเลือกที่จะให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับบริษัทฯได้ ดังเช่นการกรอกข้อความลงในแบบฟอร์มที่ปรากฏบนเว็บไซต์ หรือ ณ หนึ่งในร้านค้าของบริษัทฯ หรือ ที่เคาน์เตอร์ การเข้าร่วมประกวดแข่งขัน และ การจับรางวัล การสร้างบัญชีบนเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ หรือโดยผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ การบริจาคให้แก่หนึ่งในแพลตฟอร์มสังคมของเรา การสมัครเพื่อปฏิบัติภารกิจ หรือการติดต่อบริษัทฯผ่านอีเมลล์ โทรศัพท์ ช่องทางการพูดคุยสด หรืออื่นๆ

ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้กับบริษัทฯอาจรวมไปถึง ชื่อ ที่อยู่ ที่อยู่อีเมลล์ และ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ ข้อมูลทางการเงินหรือเครดิตการ์ด คำบรรยายส่วนตัว และ รูป ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ และ เนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้น หากท่านทำการล็อกอินเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ใดเว็บไซต์หนึ่งของเรา ท่านได้ให้อนุญาตบริษัทฯในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวทางสื่อสังคมของท่านบนสื่อสังคมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้

ความยินยอม

ความยินยอมที่ท่านได้ให้ไว้กับเรา ท่านได้ตกลงให้เรานำเสนอสินค้าหรือบริการของเรา อันเกี่ยวข้อง แบรนด์ของเราทั้งหมดที่มี เท่าที่เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับความปรารถนาของท่านที่มีต่อสินค้าหรือบริการเราเท่านั้น เพื่อให้เป็นที่เข้าใจตรงกัน แบรนด์ของเรามีดังต่อไปนี้

บริษัทจะพิจารณาอย่างพิธีพิถันและใช้ความระมัดระวังอย่างรอบคอบในการติดต่อสื่อสารกับท่านและจะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้กำหนดไว้ใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้เท่านั้น

ข้อมูลที่บริษัทฯเก็บรวบรวมเกี่ยวกับท่าน

เมื่อท่านได้เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ของเรา เราอาจใช้ คุกกี้ และเทคโนโลยีอื่นใดที่ทำหน้าที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของท่านอย่างอัตโนมัติ ดังข้อมูลต่อไปนี้

ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเยี่ยมชมของท่าน รวมถึงเว็บไซต์ต่างๆที่ได้เข้าไปเยี่ยมก่อน หรือ หลังจากเว็บไซต์ของเรา และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ท่านเลือกดู หรือ เคยค้นหา

ระยะเวลาการเยี่ยมชมหน้าเว็ปหน้าหนึ่ง ข้อมูลการตอบสนองต่อหน้าเว็บไซต์ (เช่น การเลื่อน การคลิก และ การเคลื่อนเมาส์) และวิธีการที่ใช้ในการค้นหาหน้าเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าว

อีเมลที่บริษัทฯส่งไป เป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมการโฆษณาที่ใช้โปรแกรม GIFs (Web beacons) สิ่งเหล่านี้จะบอกให้บริษัทฯทราบว่าอีเมลดังกล่าวที่บริษัทฯส่งไปนั้น มีการเปิดอ่านแล้วหรือยัง ทั้งนี้ท่านสามารถปิดการทำงานของ Web beacons ได้โดยไม่เลือก “enabling image” ในอีเมลนั้น

หากท่านกำลังใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันอันหนึ่งอันใดของบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวิธีการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันของท่าน

ข้อมูลที่บริษัทฯได้รับและเก็บรวบรวมจากแหล่งอื่นๆ

บริษัทฯอาจได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับท่าน หากท่านใช้ได้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์อื่นๆที่บริษัทฯจัดการ (ตัวอย่างเช่น เว็บไซต์ของแบรนด์แต่ละแบรนด์ของบริษัทฯ) หรือการใช้บริการอื่นๆที่บริษัทฯได้จัดขึ้น บริษัทฯยังคงทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับบุคคลที่สาม (รวมถึง เช่น หุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจ นักวิเคราะห์ ผู้ให้บริการการค้นหาข้อมูล และหน่วยงานตัวแทนของบัตรเครดิต) ที่ซึ่งบริษัทฯอาจได้รับข้อมูลของท่านจากพวกเขาเหล่านั้นด้วย บริษัทฯอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับท่านจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่เปิดเผยเป็นสาธารณะ รวมถึงเนื้อหาสาธารณะที่ปรากฏอยู่บนสื่อสังคมได้ ตราบเท่าที่ท่านได้ให้ความยินยอมไว้

บริษัทใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร

บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน....

เพื่อทำการติดต่อ และเพื่อจัดหาการบริการที่ท่านได้ร้องขอให้แก่ท่าน บริษัทฯอาจ: 

• ส่งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ และ แบบสำรวจที่ท่านอาจให้ความสนใจแก่ท่าน(ที่ซึ่งท่านได้ให้ความยินยอมไว้แล้ว) หรือ มอบโอกาสในการเข้าร่วมการประกวดแข่งขันหรือแบบสำรวจอื่นๆแก่ท่าน
• ทำการติดต่อท่านเกี่ยวกับชนิดของผลิตภัณฑ์เฉพาะอย่างที่ท่านได้เริ่มทำธุรกรรมไว้แล้วแต่การซื้อยังไม่แล้วเสร็จ
• จัดหาผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือ บริการที่ท่านได้ร้องขอกับบริษัทฯ รวมถึงดำเนินการใดๆที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับข้อร้องขอของท่าน เช่น ดำเนินการจัดการคำสั่งซื้อของท่าน (รวมถึงการชำระเงินและการขนส่ง) หรือการเปิดหน้าบัญชีกับบริษัทฯ
• เข้าถึงท่านบนสื่อสังคม ไม่ว่าจะโดยตรงหรือผ่านเนื้อหาโฆษณาที่ได้ตัดแต่งเฉพาะแก่ท่าน
• สื่อสารให้ท่านทราบเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลงการให้บริการของบริษัทฯ
• จัดทำบัญชีข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องตามกาลสมัย กรณีที่ท่านร้องขอให้หยุดทำการติดต่อ ดังนั้น บริษัทฯจะไม่เผลอติดต่อท่านอีกโดยไม่ตั้งใจ
• จัดการการชำระเงินของท่านและ เพื่อปกป้องท่านจากธุรกรรมการฉ้อโกงและ
• พิจารณาและทบทวนใบสมัครต่างๆของท่านที่ประสงค์เข้าร่วมกับบริษัทฯ

เพื่อให้ท่านได้รับประสบการณ์ที่จัดทำขึ้นเฉพาะท่านและเกี่ยวข้องกับท่าน บริษัทฯอาจ

• ปรับแต่งโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้องให้สอดคล้องกับรสนิยมของท่านโดยตรงเมื่อท่านอยู่ตรงหน้าเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ หรือ เมื่อท่านแวะเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ หรือ ช่องทางสื่อสังคม เพื่อที่จะตรวจวัดความมีประสิทธิภาพของโฆษณานั้น
• ผสมผสานข้อมูลที่บริษัทฯได้รับและรวบรวมจากแหล่งข้อมูลทุกแหล่งเพื่อจะได้เข้าใจถึงความสนใจและความนิยมของท่าน บริษัทฯจะปรับแต่งประสบการณ์ต่างๆให้สอดคล้องกับความสนใจและความนิยมเหล่านั้นของท่านได้ เช่น การมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ท่านให้ความสนใจแก่ท่านเป็นคนแรกๆบนเว็บไซต์ของเรา หรือส่งคำเสนอหรือ โปรโมชั่นต่างๆที่เหมาะสมกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน และ
• เสนอเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานที่ของท่าน เช่น คำเชิญชวนเพื่อไปงานอีเวนท์
• เพื่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมั่นว่า เว็บไซต์ หน้าสื่อสังคม และเนื้อหาข้อความในอีเมลล์ของบริษัทฯนั้น มีประสิทธิผล และเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดแก่ท่าน รวมถึงการจดจำความนิยมและความสนใจของท่านด้วย
• เพื่อใช้ในการย้ำเตือนถึงความนิยม (Retargeting) ของท่านผ่านสื่อสังคมต่างๆ รวมถึง Facebook Google และอื่นๆ

เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์และเนื้อหาของบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯอาจ

• บริหารจัดการ ควบคุมดูแล และพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ หน้าสื่อสังคม และเนื้อหาข้อความในอีเมล รวมไปถึงการแก้ไขปัญหา การวิเคราะห์ การทดสอบการทำงานของระบบ และการคิดออกแบบเว็บไซต์ให้แตกต่างกันไป
• ความพยายามส่วนหนึ่งของบริษัทฯคือการทำให้เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯนั้นมั่นคงและปลอดภัย และ

นอกเหนือจากนี้ บริษัทฯจะทำให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายอนุญาตกำหนดไว้

บริษัทฯแบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านหรือไม่

บริษัทอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่สมาชิกของเครือลอรีอัล นั่นหมายความว่าองค์กรใดๆที่มีการควบคุม ได้รับการควบคุมโดย หรือ อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมสามัญของอีกองค์กรหนึ่งในกลุ่มเครือลอรีอัลไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มลอรีอัล โปรดเยี่ยมชม www.loreal.com

บริษัทฯอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลที่สามที่บริษัทฯให้ความไว้วางใจได้อีกด้วย เช่น Facebook และสื่อสังคมอื่นๆ

บริษัทฯมีความจำเป็นต้องพึ่งพาอาศัยผู้ประวลผลข้อมูลและบุคคลที่สามที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่การงานทางธุรกิจในนามของบริษัทฯ

บริษัทฯจะแบ่งปันข้อมูลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลที่สามเหล่านั้นเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่การให้บริการเท่านั้น และบริษัทฯห้ามบุคคลที่สามเหล่านั้นใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นเด็ดขาด บริษัทฯจะใช้ความพยายามอุตสาหะอย่างดีที่สุดเสมอ เพื่อจะทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่า บุคคลที่สามที่บริษัทฯทำงานด้วยนั้นจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของท่านอย่างปลอดภัย บริษัทฯอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านกับ

• ตัวแทนฝ่ายโฆษณา การตลาด ดิจิทัลและสื่อสังคมที่ช่วยเหลือบริษัทในการจัดทำ โฆษณา การตลาด และ การจัดทำกิจกรรม เพื่อวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ และเพื่อจัดการเรื่องการติดต่อตอบคำถามของท่าน
• บุคคลที่สามที่จำเป็นต้องส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ท่าน เช่น ผู้ขนส่ง บุรุษไปรษณีย์
• นักวิเคราะห์ และผู้ให้บริการเครื่องมือค้นหาที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือบริษัทฯในการพัฒนาและ เพิ่มศักยภาพให้แก่เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ และ
• ตัวแทนด้านเครดิตการเงิน สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ในการประเมินคะแนนความน่าเชื่อถือทางเครดิตของท่านเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ข้อเงื่อนไขในการเข้าทำข้อตกลงสัญญากับท่านต่อไป
• สื่อสังคมอื่นๆ รวมถึง Facebook โดยที่สื่อสังคมเหล่านั้นอาจใช้คุกกี้ เว็บบีคอน (Web Beacon) และเทคโนโลยีอื่นใดในการเก็บ ข้อมูลในเวปไซต์หรือจากที่อื่นบนอินเตอร์เน็ทได้และสามารถใช้ข้อมูลเหล่านั้นในการวัดระดับการให้บริการที่มีต่อท่านหรือการย้ำเตือนโฆษณาให้ท่านได้ (Retargeting)

บริษัทฯอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลที่สามได้

• หากเป็นกรณีที่บริษัทฯขาย หรือ ซื้อธุรกิจหรือสินทรัพย์ กรณีดังกล่าวบริษัทฯอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่ผู้จะขาย หรือ ผู้จะซื้อธุรกิจหรือสินทรัพย์นั้นๆ
• หากบริษัทฯหรือสินทรัพย์ส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของบริษัทฯถูกควบรวมโดยบุคคลที่สาม กรณีดังกล่าวข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทฯถือครองไว้รวมถึงฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าอันเกี่ยวข้องกับสินทรัพย์เหล่านั้น ให้ถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในสินทรัพย์ที่กำลังถูกโอนไปเพื่อการควบรวมด้วย
• หากบริษัทฯมีหน้าที่ที่ต้องเปิดเผย หรือ แบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือ เพื่อการบังคับใช้ หรือการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน และ ข้อตกลงอื่นๆ หรือ เพื่อที่จะปกป้องสิทธิ ทรัพย์สิน หรือความปลอดภัยของบริษัทฯ ลูกค้าของบริษัท หรือ อื่นใดๆ รวมถึง การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับบริษัท และองค์กรอื่นๆสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์การป้องกันการฉ้อโกง และ การลดความเสี่ยงเกี่ยวกับเครดิต และ
• ในสถานการณ์อื่นๆ ที่ บริษัทฯได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน หรือ บริษัทฯได้รับอนุญาตจากกฎหมายให้กระทำการแบ่งปันได้

สำหรับ FACEBOOK บริษัทฯอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านไปให้พันธมิตรของเรา

• ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ FACEBOOK เก็บรวบรวมและแบ่งปันกับเรา
  • ระบบพิเศษหรือบริการต่างๆทั้งหมดของ FACEBOOK ที่ปรากฏอยู่บนเว็ปไซต์ หรือ แอพพลิเคชั่นของเราถูกควบคุมโดย Facebook Data Policy ที่ซึ่งท่านสามารถเข้าไปศึกษารายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและการตั้งค่าได้
• ถ้าหากว่า ท่านกำลังใช้งานเว็ปไซต์หรือแอพพลิเคชั่นดังกล่าวอยู่ ท่านอาจ
  • ลงทะเบียน FACEBOOK LOG IN ของท่าน หากท่านได้ดำเนินการดังกล่าวแล้ว ท่านได้ยินยอมแบ่งปันข้อมูลสาธารณะของท่านกับเรา

• เมื่อท่านใช้ระบบพิเศษของ FACEBOOK เราได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อช่วยให้เรา
  • แสดงโฆษณาที่ท่านอาจให้ความสนใจบน FACEBOOK (หรือ Instagram Messenger หรือ บริการอื่นใดของ FACEBOOK)
  • วัดผลและวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของเว็ปไซต์หรือแอพพลิเคชั่นและโฆษณา
